If you love a good steak with a glass of red, you'll think you're in heaven when you taste our Wagyu 'Alto' salami. We've selected only the highest quality, high marble score (MB8+) Australian Wagyu for this mouth-watering gem.

But 'Alto' doesn't just rely on the meat! We've also created a special blend of spices including whole black peppercorns, just a hint of garlic and a generous splash of Aussie Shiraz. Slow cured and air-dried, it all comes together into something we are very proud to share with you today.
