Made In Australia from at least 95% Australian Ingredients. 100% Pure Australian Pork. Gluten-Free.

Sold as one or two pieces, at least 600g in total.

Delicious

Ordered lardo, this was delicious. Trick taught by my mom, when storing Lardo, grind Cracked pepper onto glad wrap and place Lardo in there so that it is surrounded by black pepper, and store it like that. This gives the lardo an additional flavour profile.

Thanks for the review Andrea... and also your Mum's little trick. We will give it a go!

Lard

Lard I ordered was great, exactly what I was hoping for. They erred initially by sending us half the amount we ordered. However once I reported that to them, they very promptly (in a matter of minutes) responded back, apologising and arranging another delivery for the next day.
Everybody could make mistakes, that's life. However not everyone fixes one's mistakes that quickly.
