A spicy twist on our classic Cacciatore.
With the addition of select chilli peppers, this cacciatore has a medium amount of spice that still allows the classic flavours to shine through.
Cacciatore is a smaller, dry-cured salami with coarsely cut pork that's ideal for snacking straight from the chopping board. Many customers consider this our signature product, and it's the closest to a 'home-style' salami you'll likely find anywhere.
