About Papandrea
Papandrea Fine Foods manufactures and distributes award-winning artisan smallgoods. We are a 100% Australian owned family business that was founded in 1998 by Vince Papandrea.
The Papandrea family has been making smallgoods or ‘salumi’ for generations. As a boy in Calabria, Vince fondly remembers helping his father raise and prepare the pigs to make a range of salumi using his grandfather’s recipes.
The methods and recipes our team uses today are still based on those family secrets from Calabria, now perfected for Australian conditions. These days we also employ a little technology to ensure the quality and consistency of all the products we make.
At Papandrea, we only ever use premium cuts of fresh, 100% pure Australian meat. We are dedicated to bringing only the highest quality products to the market.
